Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nugget Learning, we want to ensure a fair marketplace for both our Educators and our Professional Coach. Because our platform facilitates the sale of digital content that is accessible immediately upon purchase, our refund policy is designed to balance Educator’s satisfaction with the protection of the Professional Coach's intellectual work.

1. General Refund Principles

Intermediary Role: Nugget Learning provides the platform for the transaction. While we handle the processing of refunds, the criteria for a refund are governed by these terms to ensure consistency across the marketplace.

Digital Nature: Once a lecture or study material has been "consumed" (downloaded or a significant portion viewed), the eligibility for a refund is limited.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

Educators may request a refund within 3 days of purchase under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: The file is corrupted, the video will not play, or there is a persistent technical error on the platform that prevents access.
  • Misrepresentation: The content is significantly different from what was described in the course summary or preview (e.g., the Educator promised a 2-hour video but only provided a 5-minute clip).
  • Non-Delivery: The Professional Coach failed to upload the materials promised in a "pre-order" or scheduled release.

3. AI-Generated Content & Quality

Our platform allows for the use of AI tools (like Google Gemini) to assist in creating materials.

  • AI Quality: A refund will not be granted solely on the basis that the material was created using AI, provided the content is accurate and matches the description provided by the Educator.
  • Accuracy: If AI-generated content contains significant factual errors that render the material unusable for study, a refund request may be submitted for review.
  • Educator Responsibility: Professional Coach are responsible for the "final polish" of AI content. Poorly formatted or unintelligible AI outputs are grounds for a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will typically not be granted if:

  • Substantial Consumption: The Educator has viewed more than 25% of the course videos or has downloaded the PDF materials.
  • Change of Mind: The Educator decided they no longer want the course after having gained access to the materials.
  • Account Violations: A refund will not be issued if the user's account was banned for violating our Terms and Conditions (e.g., unauthorized sharing of materials).

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your Purchase History.
  2. Select the item you wish to have refunded.
  3. Click "Request Refund" and provide a detailed reason (including screenshots of technical issues if applicable).

Our support team will review the request and consult with the Educator if necessary. You will receive a decision within 7 business days.

6. Educator Payouts & Disputes

Holding Period: To account for potential refund requests, Nugget Learning holds Professional Coach's earnings for a period of 7 days before they become eligible for withdrawal.

Dispute Resolution: If an Professional Coach disagrees with a refund granted to an Educator, they may file a dispute with our Support Team at Info@lexiolabsltd.com. Nugget Learning reserves the final right to decide on the outcome of any refund dispute.

7. Abuse of the Refund Policy

To protect our Professional Coach, we monitor for refund abuse. If a user is found to be purchasing and then refunding multiple courses in a pattern that suggests "content scraping" or "free trial abuse," we reserve the right to deny future refunds and suspend the account.
